The Boulders to Shoulders Program is a 5 day workout split, with 8 workouts that rotate for 8 weeks. This program is for Intermediate to Advanced gym goers, and can be used for all goals such as weight gain, weight loss, or muscle gain!

The training split for this program is as follows:

Push

Legs

Pull

Quads/Delts

Push

 

Equipment Required:

-Dumbbells, Cables, Bench

-Smith Machine, Barbell, Squat Rack, Plates

-Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Pec Dec Machine, Back Extension, Machine Adductor 

 You will perform multiple rep ranges, including AMRAP, dropsets & supersets.
